Interim managers provide companies with missing experience, relevant knowledge and required skills quickly and for as long as necessary. They take on responsibility, achieve agreed targets and leave as soon as leadership is secured. We have a large number of highly qualified interim managers from a wide variety of industries with a wide range of experience.

The Interim Managers are selected according to specific criteria and matched to the task set out in the mandate. Together with the client, the situation is analyzed, the task is formulated and the transition manager with the right profile is selected to solve it.

Our Process

  1. Request - We receive a request for an Interim Manager. In a Personal meeting we clarify needs and concerns (expectations, goals and specific requirement) with the client.

  1. Selection - We browse through our database to create a first selection of matching Interim Manager. Within one day, mandate-specific candidate profiles (2-3) are proposed with a framework offer (confidentiality is ensured by means of an NDA). After that we do a pre-selection with the client.

  1. Interview - After the selection we conduct detailed interviews with the candidates at the client's premises (maximum of 2 candidates) accompanied by us.

  1. Assignment - Assignment agreement for a specific duration and defined assignment with the client and the interim manager.

  1. Kick Off - The interim manager starts his work and organizes regular meetings and jour fixes with the client. We also hold periodic meetings with the client and the interim manager to discuss progress and objectives.
